Apartman Petra nalazi se u neposrednoj novog UPMC, centra za liječenje onkoloskih pacijenata, te Bolnice za liječenje Hrvatskih ratnih invalida, te Ob Zabok...Okružen Krapinskim, Tuheljskim I Stubickim toplicama, nadomak jezera Bedekovcina, poznatih dvoraca Trakošćan I Tabor, muzeja Krapinskog pračovjeka Krapina, u blizini nacionalnog svetista Marija Bistrica, u blizini poznatog skijališta Snježna Kraljica na Sljemenu, Apartman Petra nalazi se u sredini Hrvatskog zagorja u okolici Zaboka. Udaljen je 3 km od centra Zaboka, u kojem se nalaze Trgovacki centri, kafici, restorani, spa centri, fitnes, teretane, kino, ljekarne. Najbliza trgovina nalazi se u okolici od 400 m. Opca bolnica Zabok udaljena je svega nepuna 2 km od apartmana. Miran, prirodni okolis, privatni parking, poseban ulaz.
