Relax and enjoy in the enchanting panoramic view of the sea and the landscape from this comfortable holiday apartment located in the beautiful and quiet part of Njivice on the island of Krk. Functionally equipped, is located on the fourth floor of a residential building. First beach, suitable for all ages, is reachable by easy and cozy walk. Once a small fishing village Njivice is today a tourist place perfect for rest, relaxation and recreation during the summer, but also during the spring and early autumn months. Here are many sport and recreation possibilities, such as: hiking and biking trails, horseback riding, and additional activities that guarantee a dynamic and active holiday, as well as numerous restaurants with local authentic cuisine. During the evening hours head yourself to a centre of the place and enjoy numerous events and concerts held. Apartman se nalazi na mirnoj lokaciji, okružen zelenilom, smješten je u stambenoj zgradi, na drugom katu. Predivna plaža udaljena je svega 200 metara, u blizini se nalazi i plaža za pse koja je udaljena 250 metara. U cijenu boravka uključeni su wi-fi i klimatizacija. Centar Njivica, u kojem se nalaze mnogi restorani, pizzerije, pošta, ljekarna, crkva i mnogi sadržaji, nalazi se 1 km od apartmana. Dućan je udaljen 20m metara, a veliki trgovački centri 2 kilometra. Uz zgradu, gostima je na raspolaganju besplatno parkiralište.
In close vicinity of the apartment begins the "Paradise road" which leads to Malinska. It is also called "Path of Eden" because of its peaceful feeling and unspoiled nature. It's ideal for bicycle rides and long walks. One of the benefits of this location is that is situated close to the airport of Krk (approx. 10 km) with international flights. All facilities are only few minutes by car, but if you love walking you are going to enjoy everything that this location has to offer. Languages spoken: English, Italian
