Apartment Soto has two bedrooms, free WiFi, flat screen TV, air conditioning and a well-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, kettle). Apartment is settled in a great location, only a 100 m to the beach, 200 m to the first grocery store and about 800 m to the city center, so called “village”. Therefore, it is ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy their vacation without the need to use their car. You can sunbathe on a nearby pebbled beach or relax in a shade under pine trees, or grab a drink or snack in one of the bars or food stalls on the beach. For those wanting some fun and adrenaline there are pedal boats and jet skis for rent. Free covered parking is provided. There are two large covered terraces accessible from the bedrooms and living room. Soto Apartment is surrounded by a large garden with fig, olive, almond, pear, pomegranate, laurel and pine trees, as well as Mediterranean plants such as lavender, thyme and rosemary. Thus, it is perfect for those who prefer being able to spend majority of their time outside the apartment and/or those with kids who will have plenty of space to play and run around. The closest airport is in Zadar (cca 50 km).

Dear guests! Apartment Soto is a newly renovated family home of my husband, an artist whose paintings adorn the walls of the apartment. The house was built in the 1970s by the hands of his father and uncles, a well-known Pirovac family. We decided to call the apartment Soto because it's an old family nickname. For our children, Pirovac and the house carry many memories of spending the summer months with their grandparents, swimming and playing on the most beautiful beach, playing in the garden, picking sweet figs. We hope you will experience at least a part of the atmosphere and impression of Pirovac as we see it.

Apartment Soto is located in the picturesque town of Pirovac, located between the sea and Vransko lake. The historic part on the seashore was built in the medieval period and has well preserved part of its walls and city gates, so called "The Gate of the Village." In the “village” itself, as the locals call the town center, there is a marina, restaurants, cafes, patisseries, an amusement park for children, and in the summer one can enjoy various events for children and adults. The sea temperature in the Bay of Pirovac is 4 degrees higher than the average of the Adriatic Sea. Pirovac is located 10 km from Murter island, 12 km from Vodice and 22 km from Šibenik, which has many attractions such as the Cathedral named UNESCO World Heritage, the fortress, the Aquarium, as well as shopping centers. Not far from Pirovac is the Kornati National Park, which consists of 150 islands. Pirovac is ideal for those who want to get the best of their vacation in a small town, with the opportunity to explore the nature, as well as the historic sites and night life in the immediate vicinity.
