Četvrt je mirna i idealna za opuštanje. U blizini objekta nalazi se jedina prirodna pješčana plaža na otoku Krku. Blizu plaže nalazi se ruševina crkvice svetog Marka iz 13. stoljeća. Na plaži se također nalaze 4 kafića od kojih je jedan pod nazivom Rafulin u vlasništvu naše obitelji. 100 metara od apartmana nalazi se centar mjesta sa trgovinom, crkvom i parkićem za djecu. U blizini je također i ruševina Frankopanskog kaštela Gradec.
