Property info

Our house is in the Bay of St. Euphemia, in the district of Palit, directly on the sea.

Neighborhood info

In the same bay opposite is the peninsula Frkanj, with its natural beauty and many small Bays offer ideal bathing opportunities for young and old. Our house is near the city center (approx. 500m), with many shops, cafes, restaurants ... The historic old town is about a beautiful Beach promenade or over the beautifully landscaped City park "Komrcar" easy to reach. The park with its romantic walks and park benches in the shade of centenary pines, holm oaks, and agaves numerous Mediterranean plants, offers an ideal Opportunity to relax and switch off.
