Hi, I am Doris. I invite you to spend unforgettable vacation in my comfortable and charmingly decorated house whose apartments offers a breathtaking view of the sea. With my parents during the summer I work in tourism for more than 15 years. My main profession is psychology and psychoterapy and I adore my job. My second big love is music, I love to sing, dance and play piano and guitar. I love everything related with music. Like Nietzsche said: ''Without music life would be a mistake.'

Property info

This beautiful, comfortable house in quiet sunny resort offers beautiful views of the sea and the bay. The house is situated to the south and it's located 70 m from the sea and the beach. To enjoy the pleasant summer nights, all the guests can use the terrace of 54 m2 covered by natural greenery. The terrace includes a large table and garden furniture in which even 14 people may freely hang out. To make the socializing experience complete there is a grill on the terrace so guests can prepare dishes on their own choice. Surrounding of Zavalatica and neighboring village Čara is the area which produces famous Croatian white wine ,,Pošip''. Zavalatica is located in center of island Korčula and that makes her a great starting point to explore Korčula.

Neighborhood info

Zavalatica is small, quiet complex and holiday resort, in the southern part of the island, directly by the sea with beautiful view. 25 km south-west from Korčula, 25 km east from Vela Luka, 18 km south-east from Blato. There is a grocery store in the resort, restaurant and caffe bar. Besides that pharmacy is 7 km away, emergency 18 km (but the owners are doctor and the ER is also possible in the house). More possibilities for shopping and entertainment are located 18 - 25 km away. Surrounding of Zavalatica and neighboring village Čara is the area which produces famous Croatian white wine ,,Pošip''. The sea is very clear and rich with fish so the area is perfect for fishing. Stunning view of island Lastovo and it's archipelago is overlooked from the place and the house.
