The apartment is located close to the city centre of the historic town Trogir (UNESCO protected). Nearby you will find beaches, supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants, vegetable and fish markets, local hospital and pharmacies. Our property is set on 1300sq metre private land with allocated parking for up to 12 cars. The property itself is set over 3 floors covering 180 squre metres with private landscaped gardens and terraces. We are a family business and it is our pleasure to ensure our guests feel welcome and comfortable. We will always strive to provide the highest possible standards and outstanding service for all our guests. The property is located within 3 minutes walk to the town centre in quiet and safe residential area. Our property is 100 metres away from the local police station and secondary school. A historical local park divides the property and town centre. Within the vicinity are residences where families live all year around, some of whom are renting apartments to tourists.
