My Property is special because it is near two Sandˇ beach and also has beautiful Sunset and Sea View. Also we have beautiful salt water heated swimming pool.

In the neighborhood is Aqua park "Solaris, and two beautiful Mediteran smal towns: Primošten and Rogoznica.
