Dalmatian stone house in the center of town, 270 years old, last renovation in 2018. Although it is in the center in the pedestrian zone, it has a quiet and private atmosphere. It is located near the sea, beaches, shops, numerous restaurants and other amenities. It is suitable for different types of people, especially for families with children. It consists of two separate units in the house. The ground floor has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room and yard. The second unit is on the first floor with an external staircase, two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room and terrace with barbecue. The parking place is 150m away.
