A cozy apartment in a fully detached house. ONLY ONE APARTMENT FOR RENT, therefore, it is not an apartment building. There are no other guests or tourists in the facility, except the hosts. Barbecue available in the backyard. Free parking, too. Guests have a separate private entrance to the apartment. Hospitable. Sociable. He likes to meet new people and introduce them to the neighborhood where the facility is located. The host is available to the guest at all times. The facility is located near the sea, 100 m from the beach. Close to shops, restaurants, cafes, pizzerias.
