Welcome to Dina House — a spacious, comfortable family villa with a private heated pool (7×4m) on the beautiful island of Krk, just 500 metres from the sea and 400 metres from the centre of Malinska. One of the very few properties in the area with a heated pool, usable from May through October. The house sleeps 8 guests across two floors, with 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with TV. Each bedroom opens onto a private balcony — perfect for morning coffee with fresh Adriatic air. The ground floor master bedroom has direct access to the terrace and pool area. The outdoor space is where the magic happens: a large covered terrace with a big BBQ grill, sun loungers by the pool, and plenty of shade for afternoon relaxation. The garden is fully enclosed, making it safe and private for children and families. Parking for 2 cars is included on the property. The location is ideal — set in a quiet residential street yet within a 5-minute walk of Malinska's restaurants, bars, pharmacy, supermarket (Konzum 400m, Plodine 2.2km), and nightlife (Diamond club). The nearest restaurant is just 350m away. Buses to the rest of the island stop 600m from the house. Getting here is easy: Rijeka Airport (RJK) is only 15km away — with direct summer flights from Germany, UK, Switzerland, Poland, Belgium and Sweden. A transfer can be arranged with our minivan (on request). Your host Damir and family have 15+ years of tourism experience and are on hand for any recommendations — beaches, restaurants, day trips to Cres, Lošinj, Plitvice Lakes, or the Kvarner Bay. We speak Croatian, English, Italian and a bit of German. A baby cot is available at no extra charge — please mention it when booking. Air conditioning in every room, included in price. Tourist tax is calculated person/day, payable on arrival.

My family and I designed Dina House the way we'd want a holiday home to be: everything you actually need, nothing missing, and someone nearby who cares. We've been in tourism for over 15 years, so we know the difference between a place that looks good in photos and one that feels right the moment you walk in. We aim for the second kind. We live right next door, so if something needs fixing or you simply want to know where the locals eat — we're there. But we also know that a real holiday means space and privacy, so we stay out of your way unless you need us. Away from hosting, I'm happiest on two wheels — motorbikes on the island roads, bicycles on the coastal paths. If you're into either, ask me for routes. I know a few good ones.

Malinska is one of the most charming towns on Krk — the largest permanently inhabited island in the Adriatic. The house sits in the quiet village of Radići, a 5-minute walk from Malinska's waterfront promenade, restaurants, and shops, yet completely peaceful and residential. The beach is 500m away — a mix of pebble and concrete platforms typical of Kvarner Bay, with crystal-clear water and stunning views of the mainland mountains. The nearby Malin Bay is a favourite for swimming with children. Day trips from here are exceptional: Baska (40 min by car) has one of Croatia's finest sandy beaches. The Plitvice Lakes National Park is 1.5 hours away. The islands of Cres, Lošinj and Rab are all reachable by ferry. Venice is 2.5 hours by car — easily a day trip. Rijeka Airport is just 15km away on the island itself — connected to Krk by a bridge, making arrivals seamless. A car is recommended to explore the island and reach beaches beyond Malinska — though the centre, beach, restaurants and supermarket are all walkable from the house.
