We are a family with four children and we are happy to invite you to our new home. The languages we speak are Polish, Italian, German and English. The reception is open every day from 8 am to 8 pm, where our joyful staff is available to you for all of your questions and where you can arrange a small excursion with our boat if you want to discover some additional hidden corners of our beautiful island.

Property info

Villa Franci is a newly built family house with apartments, in the city center, with large parking, close to the beach and the city square. Decorated in bright modern colors, with comfortable beds, frequently changed towels and linens is just our desire to create a tourist facility where we ourselves would also like to be accommodated. Very well equipped kitchen, functional bathroom with hotel toiletries, spacious beautiful bedroom with wardrobes and beds with high hotel mattresses and terraces with sea and city center view are features of our accommodation units. Terraces, covered with roof or umbrella, all have table and chairs. Air conditioning, TV / SAT, WiFi and safe are also available. All of our guests have access to a large parking lot under video surveillance, a barbecue area which is behind the house with a grill, large table and wooden benches, possibility to use a washing machine, as well as a bike room where you can safely storage your bicycles and/or motorbikes. We offer all our guests the opportunity to wash their cycling clothing without any compensation.

Neighborhood info

The old Renaissance city center, with a large square and a beautiful seafront is only ca 3-5 min walk from our house. Distance to shop and bakery is ca. 3 min and to the beach is only ca. 5 min. We are located in the quiet neighborhood of family houses with apartments.
