NEWLY renovated apartment consists of: kitchen with dining room and living room, 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies (sea and garden view). The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, hand blender. The apartment is on the third floor, in the center of Mali Losinj, first row to the sea, with a beautiful view of the sea, the sunset, the boats and ships! Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea ... magical! The apartment has electric underfloor heating, so that a winter vacation is also possible. The apartment has 2 air conditioners. Free WiFi is available. There are several parking spaces behind the building, but we cannot guarantee free space. Therefore, the option is a public car park 10 minutes away, which costs HRK 20 per day, or a public car park by the sea, HRK 50 per day.
I am Gordana, graduate economist. I now live in Canada, but all my childhood I enjoyed this city and the beaches and played with friends in the narrow streets without traffic. My parents sat on the balcony every day and watched the boats go and come. Every day they walked for miles along the sea. Our favorite excursion was the island of Susak, to which we drove for 1 hour by boat. The island is made of sand and should be experienced. The ticket for the boat costs 13 HRK.
The Apoksiomen Museum and Fritzy Palace are 100 meters from the apartment. The newly renovated Kadin Beach is a 7-minute walk and Zagazinjine Beach is 15 minutes away. You can get to the Cikat beach either by car or 1.5 km along the coast. The island is full of beautiful beaches that can be reached by car. Shops are about a 5-10 minute walk away, and a larger shopping center is 2 km away. Countless restaurants, cafes and pastry shops are located near the apartment. From the Providenca view, you can enjoy the unique sunset that is rarely seen anywhere. Mali Losinj is known for its healing aerosol for the respiratory tract. It is recommended that you spend a long time on the island, especially in winter, and take long walks by the sea in the early morning.
