The house is located some 15-minute walk from the beach and only 10 minutes on foot to the Old Town. Guests can also enjoy a shared garden with barbecue facilities. The property features two fully equipped studio apartments, both situated on the ground floor. Each studio includes a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a kitchen fitted with an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and all necessary kitchenware. Both studios open onto a charming terrace furnished with a table and two chairs—perfect for relaxing outdoors. Please note: Smoking is allowed only on the outdoor terrace or balcony. Pets (up to 15 kg) are welcome with prior notice and a daily fee of 12 euro. By bringing a pet, you agree to supervise it responsibly and ensure it is never left unattended in the apartment.
