Poolside urban residences with private parking You know how some houses are built in a few months. Our house is just the opposite - built by 3 generations -brick by brick- with help of family and friends. Times change but in this house we always had a family union and great Dalmatian cuisine. In 2024 our dream came true and we managed to build a large pool- in urban area. So if you really want someting and work on it-everything is possible. Family Mrvica

Šibenik is a hidden gem! You know about Dubrovnik, maybe Split and Zadar-and when you arrive to Šibenik you will be positively surprised. Guests are delighted that we are at Baldekin/Šibenik urban area so close by foot to Šibenik Old Town. It is perfect location to explore by car NP Krka and by boat NP Kornati and so many beutiful beaches to enjoy.
