“We liked everything: the place, the beach, location. The weather on May was very good 20-25 degrees: not much tourists. Little promenade: there was not very much places opened but for us, it was enough. Not far from Trogir (5 min by taxi - Uber)....”

New luxury apartmet 10 meters of the beach with indoor pool or jacuzzi. Apartment has designer interior by popular Croatian designer.House is situated on the Okrug Gornji is perfect for families with children.There is a big nice garden and pebble beach in front of the house.Only 10 m from the house is the boat line from Okrug Gornji to Trogir.We also have got private boat which you can rent and see all our popular Island.In front of house on the beach is our restaurant where you can enjoy in popular dalmatian dishes. There are 2 apartments in the house;one is 4+2 on the first floor and the second one is 4+1 on the second floor. 150 m from the house is the closest market .To reach the most popular Okrug Gornji beach there is a 5 min. walking distance by the beach.This is only walking area close to the sea.House is placed in calm area but still near all faicilities you may need on your vacation.Affiliation of the island with the bridge, near Trogir (2 km), Split Airport (8 km) and Split ferry port (23 km) is a huge benefit of Okrug, which is so accessible to visitors at the same time facilitates visit various tourist destinations on the mainland and islands.
