Izvanredna lokacija! Cijeli kat kuće za odmor je na raspolaganju gostima koji pruža potpuni komfor za boravak do 6 osoba. Apartman je klimatiziran. Izvrsno opremljena kuhinja sa perilicom posuđa.Velika terasa sa prirodnim hladom. Ispred terase je vrt sa zelenilom i živicom koja pruža potpunu privatnost. Udaljenost od mora 100 m, dućana 50 m, ljekarne 100 m te bankomata 100 m. Zrće svjetski poznata destinacija sa nekoliko klubova za zabavu i velikom pješčanom plažom je udaljena 9 km od objekta. Do Zrća je vrlo jednostavno i brzo doći automobilom, motociklom, autobusom ili taksijem i to bez gužve i čekanja.
Komunikativni i uvijek na pomoći gostima. Vrlo nam je važno da naši gosti budu zadovoljni boravkom u našem smještaju.
Mirna i tiha četvrt, blizina plaže, kafića dućana i ljekarne.
