Apartment Vila Green Court is located in the green part of Korčula city. It is surrounded with decorative trees, which in summer give a pleasant feeling of natural air condition. There is only 15 minutes of relaxing walk trough pine tree forest by hotels that will get you to the historical old part of the Korčula city. From apartment to the sea there is cca 250 m, and to the first beach there is 400 m on foot. Vila Green Court is the perfect choice for you if you love nature, comfort and privacy. The approach to the apartment is easy, in the vicinity of the apartment there are many options for relaxing walks in nature and near the sea. The object is new and very well equipped with many details. There is a big terrace of 20 square m on which you can enjoy several activities (sunbathing, eating...). The kitchen is brand new, there is also a big living room with TV with some channels also in your language. The Apartment is equipped with air condition. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house has four totally separated flats. Each of them has separated and private access. In the Garden there are many decorative trees and plants,also flowers and trees of Medirranien fruits.

I am your host, my name is Marija. I have many interests and hobbies. With my family we have travelled around the world a lot, and we are always happy to meet new people from different places. We are going to be your good neighbors and you can always come to us if you have any questions or wishes.

During the season the city is full of life and there rules the cosmopolitan spirit. Korčula city is the most preserved old city in the Mediterranean full of sights at every step of the way. In the near of cathedral there is a birth house of world known Marko Polo. In the vicinity of 300 to 1500 m there are many shops (for example hypermarket Tommy and shopping center 1200m). For guests that come in preseason there is also a brand new public swimming pool 100 m from the building. In the vicinity of 1000 to 3000 m you can attend many relaxing, fun and interesting activities. There is for example a club where you can try diving, surfing and sailing. You also are able to rent a car, bicycle or a boat. 10 minutes from the apartment there is a small harbor, from where a boat can take you within 15 minutes to a beautiful small island Badija that offers you places for different sports and wonderful relaxing walks trough pure nature. In the season you will for sure experience the center of city Korčula as the center of the World! Korčula Island is place of magical pozitive vibrations full of inspirations and creativity, and also a place where you can relax and recharge your batteries.
