On the sunniest Croatian and Mediterranean island, on its northern coast is where "Little Venice" located. A favorable geographical position at the bottom of a deep fjord ensured that nickname for Vrboska. Several bridges in a narrow space, apart from their practical function, give the place a special charm and look. Small bridges combined with typical Mediterranean folk architecture, old town houses, small churches, along with luxurious contemporary villas create a fantastic picture. During your vacation in Vrboska, visit one of the oldest preserved churches on the island of Hvar - the church of St. Peter from 1331. Don't miss also interesting church-fortress of St. Marija, Kaštilac (watchtower) and the impressive Fisherman's Museum.
