The apartment is located in Selce, a small town near Crikvenica, only 100 m from the sea. It consists of one bedroom, kitchen and living room and bathroom with shower. The balcony offers a wonderful view of the sea. A parking space is provided. The owner does not live in the same place, announcement of arrival is mandatory

The entire riviera is a popular tourist destination due to its natural beauty, hidden coves, indented coastline, well-kept beaches, promenades, clean sea and rich catering offer. Daily activities in Selce will go by quickly with exploring the beaches and drinking coffee, while in the evening the center of the town is filled with artists, singers, folklore groups, guests and locals. In addition to all that, Selce can boast that it has been declared the most organized tourist place in Kvarner 4 times and once crowned with the "Blue Flower", the title for the most organized place on the Adriatic.
