House is just few minutes away walking to the basic facilities, such as: beach (200m), main city square (250m), car park (150m), hospital (500m). It is sooo great to have 2 minutes walk to the nearest beach with all the swimming equipment! ;) and at the same time the night life there are also only 2 minutes walk to the main city square!
