This modern and furnished with detail apartment is located only 20 meters from the beautiful pebble beach. There is space for up to 6 people.It is located in the center of Selce and has a spacious living / dining room with fully equipped kitchen, exit to the balcony with sea view, two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with separate beds, two bathrooms (one with shower and toilet and one with bath and WC) and a separate toilet.Three air conditioners, WiFi, satellite TV, baby cot and high feeding chair are also available to guests. A shared terrace with pool and barbecue (behind the house) are also at your disposal. Two parking spaces on the property are available, one located in the courtyard and another in the garage. You are obligated to pay cleaning fee at the property ( 50,00 eur )
