Our air-conditioned villa features a heated swimming pool, free wifi access, BBQ facilities, outdoor seating area, play area, wood burning stove, on site parking, internet flat screen TV, games consoles and DVD player. The apartment also includes dining area, lounge/seating area, separate bedrooms. A fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, hob and oven, kettle and microwave oven and washing machine. Two private bathrooms, one with a large luxurious bath, the other has a massage shower. Towels and bed linen are provided. This this stylish villa is suitable all year round.
Family owned property aiming to make guest feel special. We have put a great deal of love and attention in to creating this unique property.
Villa Sunshine is located in the old stone village of Zecevo , 10 minutes walk from the beaches which can also be accessed by car with plenty of parking at the sea. Zecevo is 4km from the town of Rogoznica and 6km from the picturesque town of Primosten. The nearest airport is Split just 28km from the apartment, Split town centre is 50km away. Trogir, known for its UNESCO protected old town is 26km and Sibenik is just 35km from the property. National Park Krka, with its beautiful waterfalls, is just 45km away.
