Apartmani se nalazi na najatraktivnijem dijelu Vodica , u zelenilu i tišini sa lijepim pogledom na more, u blizini plaže i centra grada. Nalazi se u blizini dva nacionalna parka , slapovi Krke i Kornati, a i park prirode Vrana je blizu. Objekat sa apartmanima nudi i vanjski bazen za kupanje kao i priključak na bežični internet (WiFi). U dvorištu zgrade nalazi se zajednički gril sa stolovima za sjedenje u hladu. Osiguran je osvijetljeni parking za svaki apartman.
