This apartment is very modern and comfortably furnished and has a swimming pool with a garden. The property is located in a small quiet part of Crikvenica. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining area, 3 bedrooms with private bathroom and toilet and additional bathroom (4 bathrooms in total). There is also a room with barbecue and a small summer kitchen with outdoor furniture and outdoor shower. Satellite TV, internet and table tennis are available. The beach and the center of Crikvenica can be reached in a few minutes. This apartment is not suitable for young and party tourist
