Stara Novalja is located on the northwestern part of the island of Pag, on a gentle slope. The long, gentle bay has room for everyone and you'll find there sandy beaches, headlands and hidden coves in the shade. Stara Novalja has one of the most famous sandy beach at the very entrance to the town - Trinćel. Nearby, in Novaljsko polje, there is also the widely known tavern Boškinac, which has a Michelin star since 2020.
