We offer two apartments for 4-6 people, and 6-8 people. All of our apartments are fully furnished and have all the amenities you need for relaxing vacation! The house is situated in Ledenice, 6 km from Novi Vinodolski, 50 km from Rijeka. You can enjoy active holiday at the sea, with quiet tranquility of nature. House is surrounded with spacious garden, with figs, and pear trees. The majority of garden is covered by vine which creates natural shade. The big table under the vine is an ideal place for taking your meals or for relaxed chatting. Even in the hottest summer days the shadow of the vine keeps the place cool. There is also barbeque where you may grill fish or meat. Ledenice has about 200 inhabitants, and is perfect for relaxing vacation, and base for visiting surrounding towns, beaches, and nature parks.
Hello! We are family Frković and we are offering you our house with two apartments for your vacation stay in Ledenice, Croatia. We take pride in our property and are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since we live in Ledenice, we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between.
Ledenice has about 200 inhabitants, and is perfect for relaxing vacation, and base for visiting surrounding towns, beaches, and nature parks. You can enjoy active holiday at the sea, with quiet tranquility of nature. We are only 10-15 min drive from tourist centers Novi Vinodolski, Klenovica, Crikvenica, Selce, Jadranovo… with beaches and marinas, walkways, sport facilities, restaurants.... Rijeka and island Krik are 40 min drive, National park Risnjak 1h drive, Plitvice lakes 2,5h drive. The region offers countless ways of spending an active vacation. Mountaineering and mountain climbing, trekking, rafting, kayaking, diving, cycling, hunting and fishing tourism, stand up paddling, kiting, kite surfing, wind surfing… are parts of other offers.
