Holiday home Villa "Any" 5 * is For single use with 2 separated apartments, pool and wellness, located in Brodarica - a suburb of Šibenik on 240m2 of living space and 1450m2 of garden. There is wellness, swimming pool, sauna, gym, massage chair, hydromassage shower and is registered for 10 persons. The Villa is ideal for 2 families...at he sametime you are together and can be separate if you want your peace in your flat. In the yard there is a large parking with car garage, a sunbathing area next to the pool with a sea view, a grill, a sunbathing area for sitting and enjoying. Families with children have no traffic forgiveness because the road is 100 meters away from home. The beach is 300 meters away, a light walk 5 minutes away. On the beach are all entertainment and enjoyment facilities. If you like night life you can freely sleep longer in the morning because the only thing that can wake you is the twitter of birds, seagulls and crickets. We offer great opportunity....MAKE RESERVATION MIN 7 DAYS IN MAY AND OCTOBER AND YOU WILL GET DINNER IN OUR VILLAGE!

I am the owner of a completely new home where there is a mini wellness. I and my little family love to travel, take part in sports, meet new places, socialize and spread new acquaintances and friendships. I am a graduate economist and I am employed in high school economics as a professor. I have a husband and a son of 28 years. The husband is inspector, and the son is a professional footballer. We have a small cottage in the village of Vrpolje 10 km away from Villa "Anny", so our guests staying longer than 14 days have dinner to experience a true "return to nature and healthy food". Those who want a vacation in the true sense of the word will come to us!

Street in which Villa Anny is a small "Beverly Hills" ... a street with 5 luxury holiday houses with pools that are all far enough away from Villa Anny so you have complete peace and intimacy. Around the entire house there is plenty of empty woodland on all sides so that your neighbor's eyes will not disturb the peace. Behind the house there is a beautiful olive grove and greenery that looks out to your view, and a 1000m2 ground floor in front of the house is at our disposal so you can use it for a play or additional parking.
