Property info

Villa Katja is situated in the small village of Okrug Gornji on the Island of Ciovo, near the old town of Trogir under the UNESCO protection. The house is built with 5 independent apartments.To make your stay on Čiovo Island pleasant as possible, apartmants has been equpped with all the equipment you might need.The apartments are eqipped with heating and airconditioning, terrace, BBQ, internet access, WiFi available, towels and linen provided and private garden with seasoning fruits and vegetables. The interiors and grounds have been tastefully designed.Each apartments has Smart TV with sattellite channels and exit on the terrace and jacuzzi for two in the bathroom, bedroom and living room. Villa Katja also offers free parking. To protect your peace and privacy, villa can be available (on a request) as complete unit( for 10-15 person) with garden and pool ( and rent a boat Flayer 5,5 a fee) for 6 people. The villa is located 5min walk from shops, restaurants and the closest beach and 5 min drive to the famous old town Trogir. It is perfect place for a family vacation.
