Quiet street, the apartments have a direct view of the sea. Apartments are very spacious. Both apartments have a terrace, washing machine ,dishwasher and air conditioner. Parking is in front of the house. The special feature of our apartments is that guests who have electric cars have at their disposal our charging station for electric vehicles. 200 meters from the apartment is the port of Sveti Martin and the bay of Valdarke where you will find the nearest beaches. Market, restaurants and cafes are nearby. The city center can be reached by walking in 10 minutes

Our house is located in the area of Zagazinjine. It is part of Mali Losinj where private houses are located . Although located near the 45th parallel, Lošinj has a very mild, Mediterranean climate thanks to its distance from the mainland and strong influence of the sea, keeping it warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
