We are easy going family Jurjevic. You will be welcomed by me or my husband and we will provide you with any information you need during your stay in Dubrovnik. We will be happy to provide you upon your arrival with a map and detailed information about Dubrovnik and its history. We are very communicative, friendly and always easy to reach, so don't hesitate to ask us anything. We hope that our place is where all worldwide travellers will feel like at home.

Property info

Apartments at Villa Laus are new and beautifully furnished with plenty of space. The rooms are very comfortable and large, the kitchen is well equipped and a nice terrace is in each apartment. Constant hot water is provided as well as heating or cooling in each of the rooms. During the stay the parking is provided, that is on-spot, secured with gate and on paved surface.

Neighborhood info

The apartments are situated in the quiet neighbourhood of Dubrovnik. A large supermarket is conveniently close, just around corner. Walking distance to the beach (10 min), the port Gruž (10 minutes), Old Town (15 min), supermarket (3 min).
