On the ground floor and first floor, there are two apartments, each comprising two bedrooms, a kitchen with a living and dining area, a bathroom, and a private terrace/balcony. The second floor offers four apartments, each featuring a double bedroom, a kitchen with living and dining area, a balcony, a bathroom, and an additional room on a gallery with a double bed and a single bed. All apartments are equipped with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Guests can also enjoy a shared barbecue and garden dining area, while parking is available in front of the house.
