This waterfront property with its beautiful furnished apartments, stunning natural surroundings and crystal clear water, guarantee an unforgettable vacation in this hidden corner of Dalmatia. The sand beach Žitna is just a 10 min walk from the house. Supermarket Studenac and Albert Restaurant are only 50m away, while Ćakula Pizzeria & bar is just 300m away. In front of the house there is a concrete platform with loungers, chairs, dining tables and the shade. There are only two parkings in the garage while the other three spots are near the house. We have one shared barbecue for all apartments. Wood is provided.

Zavalatica is a small holiday village located in a beautiful natural cove on the southern side of the island of Korcula, 30 kilometers from the city of Korcula and Vela Luka. If you ever explored the south coast of the island of Korcula by sea, with a boat, you surely must have noticed the difference between tame northern coast and very steep and rough southern coast. Zavalatica has around 400 inhabitants, is 2 kilometers from the small town of Cara which is located in the inland of the island of Korcula. There is a market, café bar,pizzeria, and a restaurant. The 'Zitna' beach is located in the neighboring bay with the same name, about 300 meters away from the center of Zavalatica.Zavalatica will basically suite people who love a family vacation in a small and peaceful place and extraordinary natural surroundings.The locals basically deal with tourism, fishing, and winemaking. When in Zavalatica, the daily fresh Mediterranean fruit and vegetables, fresh fish and seafood, homemade olive oil and top quality wine will surely help you to feel the true Mediterranean spirit and way of life of days long gone.
