Our house features five apartments, all sharing a spacious, green garden with a lawn and a barbecue area — perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal outdoors and ideal place for children to play. The Olivista Apartments are located on the first floor and both have two bedrooms. The larger apartment boasts a stunning sea-view terrace, recently renovated with a modern touch. It’s bright, exceptionally spacious, and includes an open-concept living area and two bathrooms. The smaller apartment offers sea views from one of the bedrooms and from the living room, while the terrace has a partial side view of the sea. It’s more intimate in feel, stylishly designed, and very comfortable — ideal for a peaceful and cozy stay.

I’ve been renting my apartments for over 10 years now, and from the very beginning, my biggest wish has always been the same: that my guests feel relaxed, safe, and completely at home. Over the years, many of them have become close friends, and many keep coming back, which is something I cherish deeply. Before I started hosting, I spent over 20 years working as a television journalist. In my free time, I live for travel, discovering new places, meeting people from all walks of life, and learning about different cultures. Our house is located just 200 meters from the sea, within easy walking distance (about 7 minutes) to the most popular beach in Njivice. There, you can enjoy stunning sunsets almost every evening or take leisurely walks along the picturesque seaside promenade. The neighborhood is peaceful and very family-friendly, filled with charming private holiday homes. While you can enjoy a tranquil atmosphere perfect for rest and relaxation, you're also just a few minutes' walk away from the lively heart of Njivice — once a small fishing village, now a beloved tourist destination. Njivice is a beautiful, small coastal town just 30 minutes from Rijeka. It is well connected, offering many opportunities for day trips to places like the islands of Cres, Lošinj, and Rab, or to Opatija and Crikvenica on the mainland. The island of Krk is connected by bridge to the mainland, making it easily accessible by car via highways from Rijeka or Zagreb. Rijeka Airport is only 6 km from Njivice, and you can easily reach us by taxi or rental car. A private parking space is available in front of the house. You can also explore the island using the public bus lines — the nearest bus stop is just 150 meters from our doorstep. Whether you're looking to unwind in nature, take seaside walks, or simply relax on the terrace, our home is the perfect place for a peaceful and memorable .
