My name is Radovan Karabaić.
I'm electrical engineer and I own private company which is, among other work, engaged in energy efficiency consulting and construction.
This building is result of my work so far and gained experience so far. Building was designed and partially built by my company.
This building is the first multiresidential passive house in Croatia and you as our guest are most welcome.
Property info
Building is practically new and it was built as a passive house designed by owner. Building has 6 luxury equipped apartments with approximately 75 m2 each. In one of them lives owner.
Staying in this building is very comfort during the day and night. This building doesn't have classic air cons for cooling. Space is cooled through very modern ventilation system which cools and filters outdoor air and let it in space with very low air flow speed which is practically silent. This ventilation system is very good option for those who have allergy problems.
Building was built on a land of approximately 2.000 m2. Around the building we have large courtyard, large parking space, play ground, swimming pool, 2 barbeques with sitting space, 2 small lakes with fishes and turtles, Mediterranean garden and all surrounded with traditional stone walls.
In 2018 We built charger station for electrical car and bicycle.
Since 2018 the object has a professional jacuzzi installed for 4-5 persons
Neighborhood info
Building is situated in neighbourhood which doesn't have many tourist capacities. Neighbourhood is very quiet, with a lot of walking paths, cycling paths, meadows, fields and forest.
It is not far from Krk city centre and about 3 km from closest beach.
