Our object is a new modern accommodation with view on the ACI Marina of Dubrovnik and the Franciscan monastery of Rožat. Every of our apartments has a balcony and for those who like to eat grilled is our barbecue available. Also we have a laundry room where it is possible to wash and dry.

We are a young open minded family and would like that our guests take as much as possible of Dubrovnik and Croatia, back to their homes. The contact with our guests is something what we enjoy very much, if the guest wish so, therefore we are always available for help, tips and advices.

The suburb Rožat is a small place in a quiet neighborhood where it is possible to escape from the city rush. It is very known for the source of the river Ombla which brings to this region a great water wealth.
