Built in 2022, the Oleander Urban Suites are an ideal alternative to explore the city. Our apartments are designed for you not to miss anything and for you to feel at home. The excellent location, between Okrug Gornji and Trogir, facilitates communication to Split airport. Trogir is at only 20-min walking, Saldun beach at 250 m, Split airport at 10-min driving. The Urban Suites offers fully equipped suites and apartments of different sizes, for short and medium stays. All the apartments are equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, ice maker, blender & Dolcegusto coffee machine. Conceived in a modern and functional design, all our apartments features as well a private terrace with sea view. ᴡɪɴᴛᴇʀ ꜰᴀᴄɪʟɪᴛɪᴇꜱ ❥ floor heating ❥ working desk and chair ❥ high-speed internet ❥ Christmas decoration ᴄʟᴇᴀɴɪɴɢ ꜰᴇᴇ ꜰᴏʀ ʟᴏɴɢ ᴛᴇʀᴍ ʀᴇɴᴛᴀʟꜱ When renting out one of our apartments on a 3 weeks or monthly basis, the total price charged includes the end-cleaning fee. However during your stay we are charging a mandatory weekly linen & towels change fee which varies depending on the apartment size: for a one-bedroom apartments this fee amounts 20 Euro per week: for a two-bedroom apartments is 25 Euro; for a three-bedroom apartment 30 Euro. In addition to this fee you can ask for weekly cleaning for the price of 30 Euro per cleaning (weekly cleaning in not mandatory). We may ask to enter the flat during your stay to check if all is fine in it:)
