I am Dubravka, owner of our family company Jezuite d.o.o. since 2011 and your Host with my husband Nikola. Our middle son Tony has his transfer agency to transfer our guests with high standards. My family looking over The Villa STAYEVA11, since 2014. I am native from Dubrovnik Old town, and my family were more then 350 years. Retire from banking business, I am very cheerful, open and communicative person! Hosting gives me the opportunity to make someone’s travel dreams possible. VILLA ‘STAYEVA 11’ is located 50 meters from the Cathedral in Dubrovnik with less stairs up to. The layout of the VILLA is usual for the old town and it spreads out as two rooms on 2nd floor and one room Executive one bedroom Suite upper on the 3rd floor. The property was fully renovated in winter 2019/ 2020. as #ecosustainable smart house. Although Dubrovnik can be busy and full of bustle, VILLA ‘Stayeva 11’ feels like a calm oasis into which you can retreat if you need to take a break from exploring. One of the key considerations when furnishing was the beds, which are large and with super comfy memory foam mattress and pillows. After all, a good night sleep means you wake refreshed and ready to enjoy your stay in this amazing city. Over the past few years, we have been lucky enough to meet some wonderful people from all over the world. We love to share our inside local views on What to see, Where to go and Where to eat.

Neighborhood info

VILLA ‘Stayeva 11’ is located on the quiet side of old town, between the Cathedral and the St. John Fort. Popular Buža beach and local Porporela beach are just 100 meters from our front door. Being able to walk to the sea and jump in early morning or late afternoon, without having to go all the way to the main town beach is amazing. This is the most popular location in the Old Town, only few stairs and very easy to reach! In the middle of everything but also in the very quite quarter, with terrific City view, entrance to the Ancient City walls 10m from the house.
