The building has 3 floors, each with a separate, two-bedroom apartment of 55 m2, with its name on Booking: On the ground floor, name: Apartment on the ground floor. On the 1st floor, name: 2-bedroom apartment. On the 2nd floor, name: Apartment with sea view. The apartments have free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, bed linen and towels that are changed on request for clean, detergents, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels. First aid kit, hair dryer. All apartments have washing machines in the bathrooms. Electric kettle, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, 2 hotplates, crockery and cutlery. In the yard there is a shared barbecue, gazebo and free parking. All apartments have a balcony, and the apartment on the ground floor has an additional terrace. Air conditioning is in each apartment.

I do not live in the facility, but I am available 24 hours a day for help and all information. I have been involved in tourism since my early childhood and I enjoy it. I am especially glad when I can serve the guest with dignity and help him with every little thing. When a guest is satisfied and has a smile on their face, my happiness has no end.

The facility is located in the middle of the bay Soline, just above the famous sandy beach Meline with healing mud, with a long historic concrete pier and very shallow and warm sea. It is 630 m long and 140 m wide, 5 minutes walk from us, 450 m. Even closer is the beach with shade and pebbles, 4 minutes or 350 m on foot, and 50 m away is a public, concrete beach with a blue flag of quality The nearest shop is 450 m away, the nearest bar with drinks and barbecue 350 m. Nearby is the Biserujka cave and the old historic town of Dobrinj with a restaurant with local specialties. Promenades in the woods with archeological sites. The Soline area is quiet and gentle, ideal for families and people looking for a holiday. Bathing season from May to October!
