My dear future guests, My name is Denis Milinovic and I am the owner of Apartments Villa Marija in Seget Vranjica / Croatia. I have a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and have worked as a professor at the Maritime School and University in Split for over 25 years. I have been renting Apartments Villa Marija for over 15 years since the apartments with the family house were built. I have extremely positive experiences with guests which makes me happy. My slogan is "Come to us as a guests - leave as like a friends" because that's the way it is. That is confirmed by the same guests who have been coming back to us for many years.
