House with 5 apartments, three on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Three apartments are for 4 people and two for max 5 people. Each apartment has a kitchen, bathroom, and access to the pool. Each apartment is air-conditioned, the house is located near the center of Novalja and the waterfront.

The center of Novalja is just a few minutes ' walk. There, guests can find restaurants, bars, shops, and other nighttime entertainment. The main bus station is 600 meters away, while the nearest airport is Zadar Airport, 64 km away. A bus stop with links to the famous Zrce beach is 450 meters away.
