In addition to 4 stars and all the commotion behind them, we also offer you an unforgettable experience of living in a real palace. Feel like royalty as soon as you step into the Nitzky Palace, where the studio apartment is located. The Nitzky Palace is a cultural asset of the city of Varaždin, built in 1796. When you open the magnificent wooden front door, you instantly feel the spirit of a history, entering the spacious corridor with vaults and the semicircular stairs you reach the upper floor, where accommodation and a fully equipped kitchen await you: glass hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher. A dining table is located right next to the kitchen. Above it is a smart TV, so you can watch recipes on YouTube and cook or play music for a romantic atmosphere while you enjoy your meal. The living room is separated by a glass door. It has a smart TV, so you can watch, for example, Netflix. And if you're up for some fun, you have soft darts at your disposal. And arrows, of course. The corner sofa folds out into a high-quality bed with a 160x200 cm mattress topper. There is also a dressing table with a chair. Below is the bedroom, separated by a door, fully equipped with bed linen and towels. The size of the bed is 160x200 cm. There is a safe in the room. From the room you enter the bathroom. There is a sanitary unit and a walk-in shower, a washing machine and a clothes dryer, a hair dryer and an iron. The room leads to the roof-top terrace, which is the jewel of our accommodation. You will be charmed by complete peace and absolute privacy. You can enjoy morning coffee or night cocktails and admire the sunrise and sunset, the sky and the stars above Varaždin. The accommodation is air-conditioned, equipped with mosquito nets and blinds.

Right next to the accommodation is the City Market where you can buy local fresh fruit, vegetables, flowers and more. A supermarket is a few minutes' walk away. If you want to go to a restaurant, it's enough to go out into the street and there are several within a few meters. Our studio apartment is the perfect base for exploring the city and its surroundings. Only a few steps separate you from the old city center and you are right in the heart of Varaždin, Korzo, or one street further and you are already in the castle in the Old Town. Enjoy the baroque architecture, unique festivals and rich cultural heritage. Špancirfest takes you back to history, in a second, you will feel magical just looking at the beauty of the gorgeous colorful crinolines or the uniforms of the magnificent Varaždin hussars, the city guard. In the city you can explore palaces, churches, museums and parks. The Museum of Angels is especially magical. You can relax in numerous city parks. Be sure not to miss the rich selection of bars, pastry shops and restaurants. And besides the city, the surroundings are also wonderful. Nearby are the Trakošćan lake and castle, the Ivanščica mountain, the Drava river and the thermal springs in Varaždinske Toplice. Varaždin is an excellent starting point for all of Central Europe.
