4 STARS APARTMENT. *recently renovated*. Apartment is 150m² located on the beach with sea & island sunset views. FREE mooring, parking, and Wi-Fi. Large living & dining area with high ceilings. 3x large bedrooms with Super King size beds & their own private ensuites & terrace. 2x bedrooms have sea views (sunsets). Open plan kitchen, air-conditioning, Digital TV w Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Channel and YouTube. Small private beach 20 meters in front of Villa, cafe + pizza restaurant 30 meters from doorstep. The front yard which is over 100m2 has a new outdoor lounge, dining table and sun baking chairs with umbrellas. The Villa has a 180 degree views of the Mediterranean Sea and sunsets. Small private beach is 50 meters in front of Villa. Sibenik old town center is 10min drive and Krka National Park is 15min from Villa. The apartment is private and will be all to yourself. Small supermarket within walking distance.

Villa is a 10-minute drive to Sibenik old town centre and 15min to Krka National Park which has amazing waterfalls. Villa is in a family area with 2x main large beaches to swim at, Rezaliste Beach is a 10min walk from the villa. Well-known restaurants Zlatna Ribica, 3x pizza restaurants, and several cafes are within 15 min walk including a small supermarket. Everything is within walking distance. You can jump on a ferry that leaves every hour to visit Krapanj (Sponge Island) - the flattest Island in Croatia. It has many beach spots and is surrounded by 8 Islands where yachts and sailing boats dock all year. You can hire speed boats, jet skis, canoes, and book ferry tours to visit 8 Islands in front of the villa including Zlarin, Obonjan, Tijat, Zmajan, Kakan, Prvic Luka, Kaprije Islands and Krapanj.
