Surrounded by Mediterranean plants and the turquoise blue sea, the terrace is equipped with 8 sun loungers and two parasols. The beach is just a few steps away, making this property ideal for beach lovers. The villa offers 150m² of indoor space within a fully fenced 300m² outdoor area. It is fully air-conditioned with 8 air conditioners and provides free WiFi. There is ample covered parking for 3 cars. The villa's stunning sea views can be seen from every corner. Kitchen and Living Area The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities.The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV, and a PlayStation 4, offering a spectacular view of the turquoise sea. The villa is located in the coastal town of Orebic, opposite the island of Korcula. Various boats and ferries depart hourly to take you to Korcula.
