Our house is located 150 metres from the beach. It is surrounded by greenery and flowers offering opportunities for a pleasant holiday. The Blue Room is at the top of the building with a separate entrance, a balcony and a sea view. The Green Room is a semi detached room on the first floor with a separate entrance and a terrace. Tourists can use the lawn with garden furniture, barbecue and children's slide. The spacious kitchen is at the ground floor.

Our house is situated in the peaceful bay of Župa dubrovačka, near Dubrovnik, Cavtat and Dubrovnik Airport. The gentle place with lush Mediterranean vegetation offers you either quiet or active holiday according to your taste. At the beach you can rent pedal boats, sea kayaks or jet skis, try Flyboard and waterskiing or join one of the unforgettable boat excursions. Nature lovers will enjoy exciting quad bike safari in the hills above Dubrovnik and Župa dubrovačka as well as recreational horse riding and cycling along bike trails in neighbouring Konavle. The ones that love cultural events can choose from the rich programme of Dubrovnik Summer Festival or Summer in Župa festival. There is a bus stop, hairdresser’s, bakery, supermarket, tennis courts and a sandy beach near the house. Further away there are pebble beaches, restaurants, coffee bars, children’s playgrounds, post office, tourist office, bank, souvenir shop, church, shopping centre, cash machines, manicure and pedicure salons, doctor’s practice, dentist’s and pharmacy.
