Spacious,cozy and bright,well furnished and air cond. apt in a quite neighbour with 2 beautiful and private shadowed terraces.Ideal location: only a 3 minutes' walk away from the city beach ad 15 min walk from the old town. A safe parking places, Wi –Fi and grill for free.This apt is the only one in a family house with garden.It is a perfect choice for families with children, couples,groups of friends,pet owners and for all those who fancy a quite escape close to the beach and city center!
I'm married and mother of two grown up children.I own a small cottage industry which is specialized in making hand-made decorative and useful items of ecological materials. I'm passionate as well about ecological agriculture and gardening. I enjoy growing olive trees from which I get organic olive oil and growing eco vegetables and fruit in my own garden. I also love travelling so I collect experiences from other hosts hoping to be an excellent host to my guests and make them feel as comfortable as possible.
This comfortable apartment is located on the ground floor of the family house which is surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden. Separate entrance to the apartment is provided. You will love it’s location: a beautiful city beach is only 100 meters walk from the apartment and in the same time the center of the old town is only 10 min walk through picturesque promenade by the sea. It is also possible to reach the center of the old town using a shortcut. The most important advantage of this apartment is it’s location in a quite neighbour yet is only a 3 minutes' walk away from the beach and from the lively old town's amenities. The house is situated close enough to the town center so that you are just a few minutes' walk from the beach or cafes and dancing in the center of the old town, yet far enough not to be drowned by the loud music playing all night long during the peak season. In addition, there is no other apartments within a house so that you would share a yard of the house with the owners only.
