The idea of building apartments as a holiday home comes from my great passion for the sea. The desire to discover all the wonders that it offers, has driven me to scout these waters, seabed with diving and recreational apnea fishing trips. The choise of Croatia it stems from a childhood. Since I was a child I love this wonderful unpolluted sea surrounded by a magical landscape to explore. That's why Rogoznica is the ideal place to spend time with my family.

Property info

New recently built apartments, situated 150 m far from sea and 200 m away from a suite pebbles beach. The building is located in a low-traffic area of Rogoznica, this allows to spend a peaceful and relaxing holiday/ vacation, far from noise. The modern furnishings apartments are spacious and lighty, air conditioning and there are mosquito nets in each room. They have a large living room, with a three seater sofa, flat screen tv, bob zone, oven, fridge, freezer and a full kitchen with an extensible table. Terrace or balconies and a second bathroom in a larger apartments. Free wi fi. The supermarket is 400 m away and in a 10 min long promenade there is a town of Rogoznica with fastfood and many typical restaurants. Free parking space/area.

Rogoznica is located 25 min far from the Split airport in a strategic point 10 km from Primosten,30 km from Trogir,35 km from Sibenik,45 km from Split,35 km from the water park Solaris. It also offers daily sea excursions to the Krka falls or Incoronate islands. Just a few steps away from building is the natural lake Zmajevo Oko - Dragon eye. There is also bike, scooter and boat rent. Ideal for sports lovers ( running, jogging, bike) . Is a place to practice sport enjoying the view Rogoznica offers.
