Ca' Flora reflects the typical style of rural houses, which are also widespread in Italian Veneto and Friuli. The house is located in the village of Nerezine, near the small port (100 m) and the Mirna beach (200 m). It faces south with its main front and has a spacious sun terrace with an awning. The patio on the ground floor invites you to chill out and chat. The house was lovingly renovated in 2004 and is as detailed as possible in the respect of its original style. For example, the exterior plaster, the stone window frames and the shutters (Scuri) were reconstructed just as they were conceived during the construction of the house many years ago. The old flooring in the rooms has also been retained as an authentic feature, even if it has traces of the past.
We are enthusiastic about the authentic and original spirit of the beautiful Mediterranean island of Lošinj and take every opportunity to pass this enthusiasm on. Experiencing this very special spirit every hour and every day leads to new initiatives to unearth and highlight the authenticity of this island. We love the simple, the original and the natural. Here sun, air, water and the local, original peculiarities should play a superior role. Time should be able to flow interestingly but unnoticed. Letting go, not even being online here has its advantages. Just enjoy this place and its beauties, that's what we'd like to recommend to you.
