Welcome to our newly built, city-center apartment, just 5 meters away from the serene seafront! - In the Bedroom there is a Double bed (160 cm) - There is an air conditioner in the bedroom and another in the living room. - Every window has a shades, to ensure complete darkness for the best sleeping experience. The apartment comes complete with a fully equipped bathroom where you'll find fresh towels, toilet paper, and a handy hairdryer. - In the Bathroom there is a Toilette, a shower, a sink and everything else that you will need during your stay. We provide towels for our guests during the stay. The kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, and a dining area is set for shared meals or work. In the dining area you will find a round dining table for 4 people and a High countertop for 2. - Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. In the kitchen you will find: - oven - fridge - a stove - coffee machine - water kettle In the living room, two foldable sofas provide comfortable seating and double as beds, offering ample room for 2 adults each.
