Capadria Apartments is managed by the owner, Roman Fischer, alongside Olivia Nafteur. We take good care in preparing the property and are always happy to welcome guests to Žaborić. We are always available should you need anything ;D

Capadria Apartments sits right where the land meets the water, just five meters from the beach in Žaborić. With only six independent apartments, the property offers a calm and welcoming space. Each apartment has its own balcony, giving everyone a front-row view of the sea and the magical evening sunsets. Downstairs, the shared outdoor area features a private swimming pool and a sun terrace fully equipped with parasols and loungers for everyone. For those who want to head out onto the water, complimentary paddleboards and swimming equipment are always ready to use. each apartment has one parking space avaliable.

Žaborić is a quiet, family-friendly coastal village. The area is highly walkable and safe, making it a comfortable destination for families traveling with children. The location of the apartments makes it easy to manage your stay entirely on foot. A two-minute walk along the beachfront brings you to local restaurants, bars, and ice cream shops.
